Woodrun Harvest Festival & Chili Cook-Off – October 24, 2026

Join us Saturday, October 24, at 5:00 PM at the Woodrun Clubhouse for an evening of family fun, delicious food, children's games, a costume contest, cake walk, silent auction, and hayrides (weather permitting)!

A Woodrun Tradition Worth Celebrating!

The Harvest Festival is Woodrun's original Recreation fundraiser, with a history stretching back as far as our records go. Help us keep this special tradition alive and make this year's celebration one to remember!

Chili Cook-Off: Think you've got a winning recipe? Chili entries must arrive at the clubhouse by 2:30 PM. Judging begins at 3:00 PM.

Donations Needed: We're asking our community to help with cakes and baked goods for our ever-popular cake walk, silent auction items, door prizes, candy for children's games, and chili toppings.

Donations may be dropped off at the Woodrun POA Office during regular business hours for secure storage. Cakes and baked goods may also be brought to the Annual Membership Meeting on October 24, beginning at 9:00 AM.

Want to Volunteer? Contact Jennifer Ross or Penny Bagwell.

Let's come together and make this year's Harvest Festival a wonderful celebration of our Woodrun community!
