How to Join
Contact the office to have your email address added. You will then receive a confirmation email from Mailing List Manager at no.reply@oneandone.com. Follow the
instructions in that email to confirm your subscription.
If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.
Sending a Community Message
Once your email address is registered and confirmed, you can send a message to the community mailing list at:
Only subscribed and confirmed email addresses can send messages to the list. Messages from other addresses are automatically rejected.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Central Time at the clubhouse. All community members are welcome.

Meeting Cancellations
If a meeting is cancelled, the community will be notified by email.
Dues & Payment Options
Annual dues are due by January 31 and become delinquent on February 1.
Payments can be made in the office by credit card, check, or cash. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
